On Thursday, October 8, at 4:30 p.m.,Jeffrey Zacks, neuroscientist and WU professor of Psychology and Radiology, will discuss his recent book, Flicker: Your Brain on Movies. Pairing current cognitive research with the history of cinema, Zacks' book takes a scientific look at how the brain engages with images on the big screen.
