Since early in the fall semester, the libraries have been experiencing ongoing connectivity issues which often result in problems logging onto our computers, connecting to the Internet, and printing. We know this is causing frustration for our users, and we are deeply sorry. Our staff has been working with network and system engineers from Information Services and Technology, Microsoft, and Dell in an effort to isolate and resolve the issues. While efforts have been unsuccessful so far, we are working on these problems daily and hope to have a resolution soon. Again, we are sorry for this inconvenience, and we thank you for your patience. When you experience these issues in the library, please tell the library staff. We are documenting your issues, which will help to resolve them, and we will do everything we can to meet your immediate needs.
