The Libraries have subscribed to EconLit with Full Text, replacing EconLit on the FirstSearch interface, which will cease as of August 31. Please note that while this database is searchable within Find it!, it is not yet retrieving the full text into Find it! search results; please click on the database name in Find it! to search it in the EBSCO interface to retrieve the full text. The Library has changed the way you login to the ILLiad interlibrary loan system. Instead of using your current username and password, you will instead need to use your University ID number and the password you use to logon to library computers. If you have never set this password, go to https://lansing.wulib.wustl.edu/password-change.asp to change it. The temporary password (which must be changed at the first use) is the first 2 letters of your last name (first letter capitalized and second in lower case) followed by your University ID.
Example: The temporary password for John Doe with University ID 123456 would be Do123456.
ILLiad accounts have been created for all students and faculty (if you did not have one before). If you've never used ILLiad, you'll need to update/complete your registration the first time you use it. After changing your password using the link above, log in to ILLiad, and click on the link for First Time Users.

The Libraries are implementing a new proxy service, which will make off-campus access much easier for you.
Over the next few days, we'll be updating the Library website, Find it! and Get it!, and links to our ejournals so that, if you are off-campus, you will be routed to the new logon screen. If you're on-campus, you'll just be connected to the resource you clicked on, as usual.
Proxy Server Login for Off-Campus Access
The new proxy service login uses your WU ID number and the password you use to log on to the public computers in the Libraries. You will also be using this password for ILLiad. Here's more info on this password.
If you access library resources from off-campus frequently, you can bookmark the Proxy Server Login page above in your web browser, and start from that logon, if you wish. When you start from that URL (rather than clicking on a URL in the website or in Find it!, etc.), you'll be directed to the Library homepage after logging in.
Through Monday afternoon, August 27, access to ILLiad may be intermittent as software updates are done on this server.
