Math ejournal news, February, 2011

Math-Net RU site is a rich new(?) site for Russian mathematical literature. There is a search box for the entire content of journals included. Most of the journal articles are either freely available or freely available within 3 years or less after publication. I may selectively add some to the Math EJ list but meanwhile they are all included on the WU ejournals list.

A note about Springer access: We will lose current access to many Springer journals sometime in 2011. These will be titles which we do not pay for on the Danforth Campus. If you use the Becker Library Catalog, you may have already begun to notice all their Springer journals now say "Access restricted to WU Medical School faculty, staff, and students." Since Springer has not yet turned off any access for us, we have not yet begun to edit our holdings. [The same thing happened with Wiley journals in 2010. Wiley has turned them off and now has turned them all on again. We've left our holdings closed with 2009 in anticipation of them turning off again.]
