Copyright and authors rights

I've been reading and thinking about copyright lately. I'm in a small group that has begun work on copyright information pages for WU. You will probably hear more about that in coming months, because we aim to address your issues and questions! I thought these 3 gems were worth sharing this month. I hope you find them relevant and interesting.

Trial of MATHNETBASE and STATSNETBASE through 12/20/07

We have trial access to all the  CRCnetbase databases through Dec. 20th.  Mostly this is CRC Press monographs, handbooks and reference books available and searchable online.  We have not decided which specific sets we might purchase so I welcome your comments and questions.  STATSnetBASE:  http://www.statsnetbase.com and  MATHnetBASE:  http://www.mathnetbase.com will probably be most interesting to math dept. folks.  Please contact Ruth Lewis if you think these might be important additions to our collection.  Thank you.

Faculty who wish to have materials placed on Reserve should contact the Mathematics librarian or use the Online Reserve Request Form. Items on Reserve usually circulate for one day or overnight. Because the hours are longer, please consider using Olin Library Reserve Unit and/or ERes, especially for undergraduate and University College classes.
