Nintendo's Game Cube or game hardware

Go to the library database page and click on Mintel global Market Navigator.  Click accept for the terms. Run a search on the top left of page.  Click on results.  You can also click on an excel spreadsheet,  pdf, and several other report forms.  This will give you a nice presentation of your results.  Here is an example in pdf form for game hardware.  Game hardware mintel

Go to the library database page and click on Global Market Information Database (GMID) do a search for Nintendo.

Netflix - Streaming Video-Video rental

1.  Go to the library database page and click on Mintel Reports agree to terms and go to search page.  Enter Netflix or streaming video.  There will be  a number of reports.

2. Go to the library database page and click on Marketline and agree to terms and enter a search top left of search page Netflix.  There will be a number of reports, articles and news items.

3. Go to the library database page and click on IBISWorld and run a seach top of page for Netflix.  This will pull up a number of reports.

4. Go to the library database page and click on Business Source Complete and run a search for Netfix.  This will pull up a number of nice articles as well as a Datamonitor report on Netflix.  Also run a search on video rental.  This will pull up a number of good articles.

Krispy Kreme-Doughnuts or pastry shops

1.For reports on Krispy Kreme or Doughnuts: Go to the library database page  and click on Mintel Reports.  If you do not already have a password you will have to set up one to access their reports.  Once you have entered your email and password click accept for the agreement which appears first. Now you or on the search page.  At the top right hand side of the page enter your search Krispy Kreme or doughnuts or pasteries and a number of reports should appear.

2. Go to  the library database page and click on GMID (Global Market Information Database) Click accept for the agreement and run a search on doughtnuts on the top right. A number of reports will appear pick what is applicable.

3. Go to the library database page and click on Marketline.  Run a search top left of page for doughnuts.  This will pull up reports for Krispy Kreme and Dunkin as well as some news items.

Analyst/broker reports

These type of reports are often good for finding industry trends in addition to company specific information.    For example, I found reports on Borders and Netflix that had good information for the Situation and Industry Analysis portions of your project.

    *  'Company/Industry' in the left columnand then

    *  'Broker/Analyst Rpts/InvesText Plus'

    * Click 'Ticker' box in upper left corner (if you know the ticker; otherwise click "Name'

    * Ticker for Borders is BGP and for Netlix NFLX

    * Click 'InvesText Research Reports' in right column (note: Dataonitor reports are also available) and

    * Then click blue 'View' button

    * Check the first 10-15 reports.    Many will be of little value but many of these reports will have valuable info.
