PubMed is available as a search engine add-on on the search bar in the upper-right corner of Firefox 2.0 and Internet Explorer 7.0. From any PubMed page, click the search box drop down arrow next to the default search engine Google, and then select Add PubMed search.
I have created a "shared My NCBI" enhanced with Danforth Campus Get It! buttons, WUSTL Becker Online buttons and a few of my favorite tabs/filters already set; feel free to use this link whenever you search: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?myncbishare=wubiol. (Of course, you may personally configure My NCBI to have Get it! and/or WUSTL Becker Online buttons. More info about My NCBI; Get it! buttons are selected as an "outside tool preference;" WUSTL Becker Online buttons are selected as a "linkout preference." My NCBI has other features you may want to set also. Personal settings will override the shared My NCBI setting.)
If you often search from off-campus, you may want to bookmark Pubmed enhanced with the proxy settings: http://libproxy.wustl.edu/login?url=http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?myncbishare=wubiol. That way most WU licensed ejournals and databases will be available to you from off-campus after you login once.
